This document supports community members with loved ones whose daily lives and well-being have been affected by COVID-19. This document contains information about common stress reactions, responses specific to the COVID-19 outbreak, coping strategies, and how to handle potential experiences of bias or discrimination. For more practical information, check out this resource guide.

Even though Dillon is closed for those on campus, and most of us are remote, the gym has resources virtually. For those on campus, students are encouraged to use Poe Field, Finney/Campbell Fields and the Outdoor Running Track. You can also workout from home using Les Mills On-Demand for FREE! There are a variety of 23 workouts that you can follow along for the time being. We will continue to engage with you all and provide resources that will help you practice social distancing while staying active.
Library staff are here to help you with your remote research and teaching needs. Staff are available to answer questions via the online chat and email service. You can also email to request an appointment via video-chat with a librarian, a data and statistics expert, a special collections expert, and/or a GIS/Map expert. There are guided online tours on using our library catalog by request, including the online subset of materials, as well as any of our hundreds of databases. Students can contact their subject librarian for discipline-focused support with teaching and learning or your Personal Librarian for general library or research questions. We also encourage you to check the events and workshops page for information regarding virtual workshops.
During the spring semester's remote learning period, McGraw will offer virtually individual tutoring (by appointment), study hall group tutoring (priority given to appointments with drop-in options), learning consultations (by appointment) and workshops and discussion groups (RSVP requested, but not required) largely as scheduled, and will continue to make available online materials, including Principedia. Most Office of Religious Life programs are available remotely, including meditations, sacred text study, Sunday worship service and pastoral care.
The Office of Undergraduate Financial Aid and Student Employment is working to implement remote operation procedures. The office is currently unavailable for phone calls, but inquiries may be directed to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Career advisers are available for virtual appointments with undergraduate and graduate students -- even during academic breaks. You can make an appointment anytime in Handshake. Common topics for appointments include: internship, job and fellowship searches; managing changes to your summer or post-graduation plans; career exploration; networking; interview preparation; resume, cover letter, personal statement reviews; developing graduate school plans and application reviews. If your internship or other summer plans are disrupted as a result of the situation around coronavirus, our advisers are available to assist you in finding alternative opportunities. Drop-in appointments will be suspended for the remainder of the semester.
While HPA in-person programming is currently suspended, students can still schedule appointments via HPA Appointment Calendar in WASE, call HPA at 609.258.3144 or email HPA to make an appointment.
